Contest begins at 5:01 p.m. Eastern Time (ET) February 3, 2010 and ends at 05:59 p.m. (ET) on March 5, 2010 ("Contest Period").VOID WHERE PROHIBITED. 
Who may enter: Contest open to legal residents of the contiguous United States and Canada who are 21 years of age or older as of date of entry, and who have computer access, an e-mail address and internet access as of the date of entry. Employees, officers, and directors (including immediate family members and members of the same household) of Netherlands Board Of Tourism and Conventions and its affiliated companies, subsidiaries, distributors, dealers, retailers, printers and advertising and promotion agencies, and any others associated with this Contest are not eligible to participate. 
How to enter:
Visit the Holland.com website during the Contest Period and complete the online registration form with your first and last name, zip code, and e-mail address. Limit one entry per prize per person. Limit one entry prize per e-mail address. Multiple entries for one prize from the same person or e-mail address are void. 
Winning: No later than 4 weeks after the stated competition end date an independent judge will select the prize winners in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received. Sponsor will attempt to notify potential winners by registered mail and/or phone approximately one week after their selection. Judges' decisions are final. Limit one prize per person. The potential Prize Winners must meet all eligibility requirements set forth in these rules to qualify for prize. 
Odds of winning: Depend on the number of eligible entries received.
Prizes: Grand prize: a round trip flight in World Business Class and four nights’ accommodation at the Sofitel Amsterdam The Grand for two persons. 
Weekly prizes: week 1: a bouquet of tulips delivered to your home each month for 12 months. Week 2: an exclusive Gassan 121 diamond valued at $3299. Week 3: a Batavus Dutch bicycle valued at: $750. Week 4: a Carbon chair from Marcel Wanders and Bertjan Pot valued at $993. A total of five prize winners will be selected.

Specific:
Flights: Two (2) KLM round trip tickets in World Business Class for travel to Amsterdam on KLM-operated flights (One (1) ticket for Grand Prize Winner, One (1) ticket for traveling companion), from any of KLM’s U.S. or Canada gateways. Prize is subject to availability at time of booking; prize is only valid for travel in World Business Class. Air travel arrangements must be made through the Netherlands Bureau of Tourism and Conventions and grand-prize winner must contact the Netherlands Bureau of Tourism and Conventions prior to their anticipated date of departure. Once booked, air travel arrangements may not be changed. The grand-prize winner and his/her traveling companion must have cities of the same origin and destination in their itinerary and must travel together at all times. The grand-prize winner and his/her traveling companion will be responsible for all expenses not specifically stated as part of the prize, including but not limited to, service charges, local transportation including air or ground transportation from the winner’s home to the airport, overnight accommodation prior to or following the travel dates in order to accommodate flight connections, income taxes, insurance, passport and visa costs, gratuities, all meals, beverages, incidentals and any items of a personal nature. Grand-prize winner and his/her traveling companion are responsible for securing all necessary documents for European travel. Prize must be accepted as awarded with no substitution. Prize is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash or credit, in whole or in part, for travel to any future destination. Once issued, tickets are non-refundable,and non-endorsable and may not be applied towards any frequent flyer account.
Approximate Retail Value: $11.000. This includes taxes and fuel surcharge. The above fare is based on KLM's round-trip World Business Class fare from Los Angeles to Amsterdam. Fares may be higher depending upon the origin city and the dates of travel. Any expenses not specified are the sole responsibility of the grand-prize winner. Travel on KLM must commence after March 15, 2010 and conclude by March 15. 2011 and if grand-prize winner cannot accept prize as awarded, prize will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner.

Hotel: Four nights at the Sofitel Amsterdam The Grand. Hotel is subject to availability. Total Approximate Retail Value of hotel: 4000 USD.

Actual values may vary based on seasonal fluctuations and booking date. Prize Winners and travel companions must travel on the same itinerary. All travel must be completed by 03/15/2011. Minors must be accompanied by parent or legal guardian. All meals, gratuities, service charges, sales tax, ground transportation or other expenses not specified are the responsibility of the winner. All U.S. Customs fees, U.S. and local taxes are the responsibility of the winner. 
Claiming prizes: All Prize Winners will be required to complete and return an affidavit of eligibility, liability, and publicity release within 10 days after receipt of such forms. All travel companions of Prize Winners (or parent or legal guardian if companion is a minor) will be required to sign and return liability and publicity releases within 10 days after receipt of such forms. Tennessee residents need not sign publicity release. In the event of noncompliance with these Official Rules, or if the entrant cannot be contacted at the address on his or her entry form, or if notification is undeliverable, prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected. All prizes will be awarded provided a sufficient number of eligible entries are received. Prizes are non-transferable, with no cash redemptions. Acceptance of prize also constitutes permission to use winner's name, biographical information and/or likeness for Sponsor's promotional and/or advertising purposes without notice or compensation. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by all the Official Rules of this Contest. 
Conditions: All entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned. Sponsor not responsible for any lost, late, misdirected, damaged, forged, incomplete, illegible, garbled, or postage-due mail/entries. Internet entries will be deemed made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry. The authorized account holder is the natural person who is assigned to the e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses or the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. Sponsor not responsible for any: 
(a) telephone, computer, hardware, software, programming or interrupted or unavailable network, server or other connections, network malfunction, or other technical failures or errors, or failure to properly process entries;
(b) communication disruption or other forces beyond the reasonable control of the Sponsor, including inability to access the website, submit entries or other disruption related to Internet traffic, virus, bug or non-authorized intervention; or 
(c) damage caused by computer virus or otherwise resulting to any computer from entrant's access of the Contest website, whether human, mechanical or electronic. If such malfunction, error, disruption or damage occurs, and impairs the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper play of the Contest, Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, suspend or terminate the Contest by posting a notice at the booth. If the Contest is terminated before the end date, Sponsor will determine winners from all eligible entries received as of the termination date. Persons found tampering with or abusing any aspect of this Contest, or whom Sponsor believes to be causing malfunction, error, disruption or damage will be disqualified. Sponsor reserves the right to void all entries made through any robotic, automatic, mechanical, programmed or similar entry duplication method and to disqualify any individual using such a method. 
Privacy
Entrants agree that their personal information submitted on entry may be used for the purpose of administering the prize fulfillment. For entrants who have so consented when entering the contest Sponsors may use entrants' personal information submitted with entry for future marketing purposes by Sponsors, such as to notify them of information about Holland and Air France KLM and special offers. Consent to use of personal information for marketing purposes is not required to enter. Every time entrants receive a marketing email, they will have the choice to opt-out of future marketing emails by following the instructions provided in the email.
